Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through CutReply and explains the basic rules for renewal, cancellation, and refunds. The price and billing interval shown before payment will apply.
Canceling renewal
Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the account holder. Cancellation stops the next charge and access continues through the paid period.
Canceling does not automatically delete projects. If the workspace exceeds Free limits after downgrading, new project or revision creation may pause; client data will not be automatically deleted.
Refund approach
Subscription periods that have started are not automatically refunded pro rata for unused days. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, major service failures, and refunds required by law will be investigated case by case.
Refund requests are reviewed against payment records, service impact, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; settlement time depends on the payment provider.
Price and taxes
Monthly equivalents shown for quarterly and annual plans are for comparison; the actual charge is the full quarterly or annual amount shown. Applicable taxes, currency, and invoice details will be displayed before payment.
