Terms of Use
These terms apply to CutReply accounts, projects, client review links, and subscriptions. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to follow them.
Who may use the service
Editors use their own account to manage a workspace and are responsible for its projects and review links. Clients may submit feedback without an account through a dedicated review link.
The Free plan is intended for one workspace per individual or operating business. Multiple accounts may not be used to evade project or revision limits.
Content and review links
You must have the right to upload, store, share, and request review of the relevant videos, images, and files. Illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful content is not allowed.
A dedicated review link can still be forwarded by anyone who has it. Editors should choose suitable reviewers and use another controlled delivery method for highly confidential work.
Limits, subscriptions, and payments
Free limits apply per workspace to active projects, new projects in a rolling 30-day window, and revisions per project. Deleting a project does not return creation quota; existing client review links do not suddenly stop because a creation limit is reached.
When you select a paid plan, checkout will show the price, billing interval, automatic renewal, applicable taxes, and cancellation terms before payment. Completing payment authorises the charge for the selected billing period.
Service status and responsibility
Features, pricing, and usage limits may change as the service develops. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated with reasonable notice. Keep original video files and important project records; CutReply is not a backup service.
We use reasonable security and availability measures but cannot promise uninterrupted service or permanent availability of third-party providers. External sign-in, video, hosting, or payment outages may temporarily affect related features.
